The conference between strategic partners CMP&INVISTA of 2016 hosted by CMP, which is the part of Yinhao Plastic Technology co,.ltd, was held successfully in Crowne Plaza Guangzhou Science City on 30th August. The business team, and general manager Mr.Wang of CMP, the chief executive officer of Asia Pacific Leo Huang and the technical sales manager of Asia Pacific Derrick Yan attended the conference.
This conference focused on the theme of “Hand in Hand with INVISTA, Win-win in the Future” and included exchanging strategic corporation, sharing sales experience, issuing the Distributor Certificate and some other portions. At the conference, Leo Huang had multiple interactions with CMP staff; all members were actively participate with passion.
At 10.am, host Zeng Linren the manager of CMP e-commerce, proclaimed the opening of conference. Leo Huang shared his precious working and life experience at first; he emphasized the importance of keeping curiosity and being thankful, and said that one should lay down his self-esteem, keep high profile in working but low profile in life. In the question and answer portion, staff of CMP poured out their confusions in life and work: How to keep the passion to work, how to get out of confusion, how to incorporate oneself into a team…, Leo Huang answered humorously and brilliantly for all these questions. The whole room rang with applause and laughter continually.
The climax of morning session was ushered in the relax atmosphere, the chief executive officer of Asia Pacific Leo Huang issued Distributor Certificate to CMP general manager Mr.Wang. Mr.Wang reminisced about the cooperation experience with INVISTA, and inspired all members of CMP to continue their effort to get greater progress.
In the afternoon session,technical sales manager of Asia Pacific Derrick Yan introduced the building process of INVISTA's branch factory in Shanghai and INVISTA's main products in the field of engineering plastics. Derrick Yan; fascinating introduction deepened workers; understanding about INVISTA, and also encouraged their confidence to CMP, to its product and service.
In the last portion, manager Gui Shuangshang who in charge CMP’s branch office in Shanghai gave some introductions about the important projects in the field of auto, electronic, nylon kitchenware and some other industries, to which INVIATA expressed its prize and gave comprehensive suggestion for the further development. In the future, CMP will keep close touch with INVISTA for better technique and service.
One day’s learning and communicating benefited all the participator of the meeting. This conference pointed out the direction for the further work, and promoted the interaction between CMP members. All of them declared that they will pull together to build an outstanding team with high efficiency and good executive ability.
